This Privacy Policy explains how RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC ("we", "us") handles information when you use Car Showcase 3D (the "App"), an interactive 3D viewer for browsing and customizing car models. Car Showcase 3D is a client-side application. It does not require you to sign up, log in, or provide any personal details. Specifically:

• No account data: there are no usernames, passwords, or profiles.
• No payment data: the App is free and contains no purchases or billing.
• Your customizations (selected car, paint colors, environment, settings) exist only in your current browser session and are not transmitted to us.
• Screenshots you generate are created and downloaded locally on your own device.

2. How Information Is Used

Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use, profile, or analyze it. Any data the App creates (such as your chosen colors) is used only to render the 3D scene on your screen and is discarded when you close or refresh the page.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use any of your data to train machine-learning or AI models.

3. Third-Party Services

Car Showcase 3D loads the open-source Three.js 3D library from a public content delivery network (unpkg.com / npm CDN) to render the models. When your browser requests these files, the CDN provider may automatically log standard technical request data (such as your IP address and browser type) as part of delivering the file. This is the same routine logging any website performs and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy, not ours.

We do not use Stripe, Supabase, analytics trackers, advertising networks, or any backend server of our own.

4. Cookies

Car Showcase 3D does not set cookies and does not use cookie-based tracking or advertising. We do not use local storage to persist personal data.

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing", and to complain to a data-protection authority.
