A car model won't load or shows a "failed to load" error. What do I do?
The models are loaded from the app's
models/ folder, so the App must be served from a web server (not opened directly from a file path). Refresh the page, try a different car, and make sure you have a stable internet connection so the 3D library can load. If one specific model keeps failing, let us know which one.How do I change a car's paint color?
Use the right-hand panel. Pick a preset swatch under "Paint Color", or open the color picker for a custom shade. First select which "Paint Zone" you want to recolor from the chips list, then choose your color — the change applies to that zone.
How do I rotate, zoom, and pan the view?
Drag to orbit, scroll to zoom, and right-click-drag to pan. Use the "Reset View" button to return to the default camera angle. You can also toggle auto-rotate in the Settings panel.
Can I save or share an image of a car?
Yes. Click the "Screenshot" button in the right panel to download a PNG of the current view straight to your device. Set up your paint, environment, and camera angle first for the best shot.
Is Car Showcase 3D free, and do I need an account?
Yes, it's free, and no account or sign-up is required. The App runs entirely in your browser. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
